Taylor Swift always look super fit...you may even be wondering is there a Taylor Swift Diet?

Well, not exactly.

You see, Taylor Swift is extremely tall. Reports say that she is at least 5'10" which contributes to her slim figure.

Representatives of Swift say that she does not follow a specific diet but rather eats a lot of raw foods, eats really light on weekdays and then indulges on the weekends.

I caught a glimpse of her rider list and she requests foods like edamame, salads and lean turkey lunch meat.

In addition, she does cardio everyday and of course leads a very active lifestyle.

I guess it is say to say that the Taylor Swift Diet consists of eating good old fashioned healthy foods and limiting indulgences!
